About Me

Before I became a therapist, I spent years working on the front lines of healthcare. I know what it’s like to be the go-to person in a crisis — to keep showing up, no matter how tired you are, because other people need you. That experience shaped how I show up now: with deep compassion, zero judgment, and a lot of respect for how hard it can be to ask for help.

I’m someone who will sit with you in the heavy moments — but I also believe that laughter belongs in therapy, too. We’ll talk about the hard stuff, but we’ll also make room for joy, curiosity, and the parts of you that are still figuring things out.

I use evidence-based approaches like Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and parts work to help clients move through perfectionism, burnout, identity struggles, and the quiet, invisible weight of always being “the strong one.” My goal is to help you feel more like you again — not just the version of you that holds it all together.

When I’m not in session, you can find me outside in nature, laughing with my people, or chasing slow moments in a fast world. I bring that same energy into the therapy room: present, real, and always rooting for you.
